Posted 1 year ago - The Samsung 650 series, also known as the 6 Series or Series 6, is one of the high-end offerings part of Samsungs 2008 LCD line up. It is positioned above the 550 series and below the top-of-the-line 750 series. The 650 series has similar features and specifications to the 750 series, as the most significant upgrade is the ability to stream some video formats from your computer and subwoofer found on the 750. Upgrading from the 550 series, the 650 series adds an Ethernet port for downloading Internet content, and a 120Hz mode for smooth display performance of video containing fast motion. The 6 series is considered the successor to the Samsung 71F series, released in 2007, that features a similar glossy panel, and 120Hz mode. Noticed that there is a con saying you cant do picture in picture with 2 digital pictures, you can. You can view your typical digital HD ... This stunning LCD TV has full 1080p resolution for maximum detail and 120Hz Auto Motion Plus processing for a smooth image. Picture quality is outstanding for an LCD TV, with deep black levels and accurate color reproduction. Perfect for watching movies or sports in HD, but also looks great with SD material. Tips: The available 52" model is a great alternative for larger rooms.
