I was skeptical about your service as your pricing was $250 under what my eye doctor quoted me on my Maui Jim's.... I have to tell you - they look amazing, the prescription is excellent, glasses are authentic and are amazing! I Really wanted to have this certain model, so I decided to browse the web till I found SmartbuyGlasses online store and the price was right, so I ordered it. After a few days, I received an email from Sophia stating that the item is back ordered due to mixed up on Inventory, and it may take a few weeks. I was offered a choice whether I could get another model or a full refund. I decided to wait since this is not available where I am, and this is what I wanted. I was being updated through emails often and to me,that was an excellent customer service. An email from Sophia finally arrived after the holidays stating that my order was being sent via Priority Express and an apology for the delay. I received the item 3 days after the email and the item was astonishing. It was well worth a long wait, and I would not hesitate to order from SmartbuyGlasses again.	Overall Rating

I am surprised to see that they say "All of our products are guaranteed to be authentic." It's hard to find an online store selling branded products claim that all of their products are authenticity guaranteed, such a conscientious company. = ) I bought a pair of Versace sunglasses from this site last month. 10 days after ordering, my lovely Versace arrived with a nice packing. = ) Well, I am thinking of X'mas gifts right now.
