Also PriceGrabber's site leads you to beleave this a Microsoft product. When you go to royal Distribution's website, you will see that it isn't. But it should still work. I received a HP upgrade that came with two disc. I talk to Royal on the phone. They told me to disregard the first one. The first one will say "HP Upgrade Manager Insert this Disc First" You don't need this one. Maybe if you have a HP computer.	Overall Rating

Since the box was marked "Home Use Program* This product is not for resale" I had to spend an hour on the phone with Microsoft confirming that I had a valid license with 90-days of support. Once Microsoft validated the product key, I opened the box to find that the disk inside was loose and was scratched significantly. However, I was able to read the the disk. Overall *Very* fast processing and delivery. However, vendor should provide better quality products.	Overall Rating

Fed Ex then, immediately within an hour of my call, made a "special delivery" 600 mile non-stop trip back toward Denver directly to my town by-passing distribution cities. I live about 400 miles from Denver. If it was not for my phone call and this "special delivery" it would have taken days longer! Royal Discount sent a wrong software and refused to take full responsibility for their mistake. They offered no exchange for the correct software. I sent an email asking for a suitable return envelop, Royal Discount refused. Except for UPS postage and shipping label, sent by email, the return for refund was at my expense including the purchase of a suitable shipping software envelope. Total cost to me to return their mistake was about $20 for $17 software. 1 out of three makes for a 33% failure rating! Retailer Response (27/08/09): We apologize that you were unhappy with 1 of 3 items purchased. We would like to clarify some info in your review. Regarding shipping time: Ground shipping, the option you chose, commonly takes 3-5 business days. Your package was shipped the day you ordered and was delivered in 3 business days on Wed. Please be aware that FedEx does not consider Sat or Sun business days. Regarding the wrong item: Within the item description we indicate clearly that there is a potential substitution to the newer edition based on stock. We apologize that this substitution was unacceptable which is why we waived the restocking fee and sent you a prepaid label to return the software for a full refund.
