I ordered software in the morning, and they advised me that afternoon the item was out of stock and it would be 2-3 days before I got it. I needed it right away, so cancelled the order. They credited my card, so I was impressed that there were no hassles, etc. |

I ordered software for the wrong operating system(duh) It arrived the next day. I called and they said just ship it back and gave the the RMA number. I ordered the correct software and it arrived 1 day later. Great to do business with!! |

I am always looking for suppliers for my computer needs that have excellent service, good products, and good price. It is often very hard to get all three of these at one place, for anything. I believe that I have found such a place that offers all of these: Royaldiscount.com. Recently while searching for software to upgrade to Windows 7 for several computers, I came across “Royaldiscount.com”. I had seen them before, but didn’t take a lot of time doing any kind of research about them. I did do research this time. Let me say that they are what they claim to be. The service is excellent and thorough, the shipping is great, and the product is as represented, and the price is best, when you consider, shipping & handling, plus a good business reputation. You can usually find someone who will sell it cheaper, but you have to ask yourself, will these guys be there next time and what kind of history do they have.
