The flat rate shipping is ok if you order bulky items. Otherwise, it is very expensive to buy a single item. jtwiss Member Since: 25/05/10 View Member's: Reviews	they couldn't figure out how to charge my credit card. i ordered the product twice and they kept telling me my card was invalid, when the bank was telling me the transactions had been approved. then SIG told me that I had to call the bank myself and cancel the order. uh, a customer can't just call the bank and cancel an order on their credit card. So they finally figured out how to cancel the first 2 orders (even though there was no reason to b/c the bank had approved them). so i ordered a THIRD time and it went through. only continued with them b/c the price was a lot cheaper than anywhere else. haven't received the camera yet so we'll see how the rest of my experience goes! Using my personal card (already an inconvenience as I'll now have to submit an expense form) I have to get the item sent to my home address (not home during the day) when we have a beautiful shipping department here at the company that is manned 24/7.
