first try the site refused my card as invalid. Then would not let me back in to reorder. so here I am a week later and all went well. |

I find that Tiger Direct is an excellent place to shop. The only drawback, and the reason I often shop elsewhere, is that free shipping is not standard. Offer free shipping and reasonable prices and I will shop here more often. |

I have been an in store customer in the past but this is my second attempt at an on line order. My first order was before Christmas and I was most impressed at the punctuality of the delivery and the product itself. I am hopeful for this item as well...although...I couldn't see where it indicated that it was Mac friendly but I understood from someone that it was....! I am hopefull for success.! Thank you!!! |

The only concern I have is each time I order on line I get bogus emails from VerifiVisa trying to get my information. I would suggest you check your server for trojans. |

Cdn resident - Did not state charges until after order processrd. Suggest that shipping charges, etc be posted for Canada prior to order process to clarify all costs entailed. |

Only issue was the shipping address. I wanted to ship to a location that has a PO box but is actually a mail room in an office building. Could not do that. |

Straightforward and easy except for Verified by Visa which isn't your fault. I expect to be back. You need to make the evaluation window wider or variable. Scrolling it is a nuisance. |

I don't like the offers for webloyalty and other popup windows during and after the purchase. If you need to push these services do it somewhere else. It is bothersome enough to make me use Newegg more often than Tigerdirect. Every time I make a purchase at Tigerdirect I am reminded why I usually shop at Newegg first. |
