This is illegal the invoice has to show the QST tax number if you charge the QST, they do it for other province. I think there keeping the money for themself.!!!	Overall Rating

If it hadn't been for an intercom problem in my building on the day the UPS driver came, I would have received my order in three days instead of four, and that is with the regular option! Shipped from US via UPS. I thought it did not cross the border, and when I found out that it did, I was very upset because my past experience with UPS is that they charge an obscene amount for "brokerage fee" when they bring something across the border for me. TigerDirect.ca could have done a better job of making it obvious up-front that they would be covering those charges - I could have been saved a day of anxiety.	Overall Rating

So not sure why I was charged $36.42. Look, I don't care about 2 cents ok -- but just wondering why... After receiving product, called to ask a quick question (found out Ontario charges a laptop disposal fee) Customer Service rep mumbled and was distracted - had to repeat my question a few times, was he texting? The merchant did not display the review. The process to return it is cumbersome as I can not return it to the store location. It jerked around so much all over the place that it took SO SO SO long to just get the screen to stop jerking---then it only did so for a moment. THEN my email from you tells me I have bought 4 items I don't even know what they are or how they attached to my order. They are called COMPUTER PERIPHERALS ???? whatdat??? and I have been charged for FOUR of them. I am on a small pension and I am upset. THEN I was told I could have FREE shipping over $100 and I did not get it. Then I was told the items would come in five days but I was told the order would not arrive till JULY 13 ???? so I had to pay DEARLY for shipping in order to get the stuff here by July 9th when I need it. Please can u remove the COMPUTER PERIPHERALS junk from my order.
