Not stocked in my local store (alas), but hopefully will arrive smoothly through web purchase. March 8: Unfortunately, I had to return my Archos device, thus making this item unneeded now. Tried to return item to local store, and they told me they could not refund me. Said I would have to MAIL BACK the item. Very frustrating, and not very customer-friendly! No where to check on Web Site if a person was eligible for free shipping. I would suggest that Tiger Direct look at there "Price Protection Policy" The PC that I bought has changed price 3 times since looking at the item. First day 292.00 next day (purchase day) 357.00 and everyday that I checked since then 292.00. I understand their "Price Protection Policy" is not supposed include CPU's and RAM but this unit I bought is a Refurbished PC, which was likely bought in large amount of units. There seems to be a big issue with a web page changing its price so frequently.	Overall Rating

That's different. I finally received my package in 5 days (a week). I was able to follow its trip and I had to say it came from far. So I a totally satisfied with the delivery time. It's the fourth purchase I do at Tigerdirect.ca and I will continue to shop there.	Overall Rating

Would be great if we can get instant rebate rather than mail in rebate as buyer easily get put off and not purchased thinking of printing the form,fill up form,waiting for the barcodes to attached,photocopy,mail it out and wait for the rebate/s.
