I normally go to the store when I want something, however I needed to make a large order and these items are not carried in the store. After the initial order was placed, it was a total intrusive, disasterous series of interactions with Tiger Direct staff in Florida. Not only did they want me to fax personal private information (Passport, driver's licence, credit cards) to them in Florida, they wanted me to convey it to them over the phone. Tiger Direct's policies for verifying their clients is illegal in Canada and I will hesitate to place large orders with them in the future because they are totally ignorant, misinformed and have negative branding client processes. Set up your order page with A. Here it is...buy it now...or B. Want more details click here and/or C. Want to compare this to similar we have available and D. We have refurbished or overstock or free shipping on this item Yes all that info is there now but it can take a long time to go through every step....Think about it anyway. Ken	Overall Rating
