If this specific product was something I could readily get from any other company, I would, even if it cost a little more. Especially when it comes to wireless products, where you're not sure (and there is absolutely no way to now) how something will perform in your specific environment, it's worth a lot to me to be able to return things. After waiting in vain for the item to ship (it was shown as IN STOCK) - with ZERO communication from Agile - I tried contacting them. There is no live phone contact. Repeated emails for 5 consecutive days were not answered despite using the email address given on their voicemail as well as those on their website. In the end, I contacted my bank and instructed them to refuse payment if it was attempted and I sent copies of all my emails by fax to Agile's fax number on their website, with a cover letter explaining that I want to cancell this order due to their lack of communication. Only after this fax was sent, did I get a response from Agile to tell me that order was cancelled. By far my WORST online purchase experience in Canada ever! Will never use again. j3, Bdn, MB. And today, a day after that email, the site still lists there being 9 of them in-stock. Smells terribly fishy. Most of the reviews here are from people who just completed the order process, and haven't even had them fulfilled (the site prompts users to fill out a review immediately after ordering). But the description of the item was such that I thought I was buying the one I needed, but when it arrived it was not what I expected. And then Agile refused to take it back. The product information is lacking, but they give you a link to the vendor's website. The transaction information is very good, including: shipping, tax, stock availability. They have a very broad product lineup. Agile is trustworthy, which is, IMO, the most important issue when buying online.	Overall Rating

UPDATE! place second order a week later and had a complete disaster! 2 weeks to receive my second order NO TRACKING # and ended up having a problem with the ordered item and got no response from the emails I send to them.
