Worst DVD Recoreder Ever!

No phone support from Toshiba Feb. 2013

We purchased this Toshiba product in January 2013 and cannot get it to record on DVD. We called Toshiba 3 or 4 times and No help. Avoid this product.

Performs exactly as advertised

I've been using the VHS tape/DVD player/recorder for two months now and wanted to exercise the majority of the features before reviewing, including re-recording from my cable DVR. What I discovered is recording material while it's being broadcast or from a DVR recorded program is equally as easy as long as the video source is the same resolution as the DVD's resolution (standard broadcast)....
