Great printer!
I have been using an HP PhotoSmart C7100 printer for several years and really liked it. It met all of my needs--printing, copying, scanning, and faxing. It began leaking ink and I decided to replace it rather than try to repair it. Pleased with features and improved sturdiness.
The only problem I am having with this printer is that it frequently pulls more than one sheet of paper totally or partially through, causing printing on more than one page. Have not been able to find a fix.

Has great features and good ink usage
the printer was easy to connect to my home network and doesn't seem to fly through ink cartridges like my previous printer. Both the copy and print features seem to work flawlessly. I do not use the fax feature so I cannot rate this function. Shipping and delivery were quick and the financing arrangement was convenient. I would recommend this printer based on my experience thus far.
